Alan D. Marmorstein, PhD
Research Interests Dr. Alan Marmorstein received his Bachelors degree in biology from SUNY at Albany. Then, he completed his PhD at the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn where he studied cell biology. Dr. Marmorstein completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Cornell University Medical College. Dr. Marmorstein joined the Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Science in 2003, and is continuing his research in the etiology and mechanisms of age-related macular degeneration.
